2025 HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Attendees will not be able to make hotel reservations until they are registered for the meeting. The link will be provided in your confirmation email. Limit of 2 rooms per attendee.
HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a one-week cancellation policy for rooms in our block (previously 72 hours). If you need to cancel your hotel reservation for the 2025 meeting, you must do so 7 DAYS prior to your check in date in order to not be penalized. Attendees will not be able to make hotel reservations until they are registered for the meeting. The link will be provided in your confirmation email.

SUBMIT A POSTER
Residents and FITs are invited to submit a poster for review for the 76th Annual Meeting. Visit the Posters tab (on the meeting website, linked below) for more information and to submit.
$500 Stipend for ALL Selected Poster Presenters*
*Presenters must meet ALL requirements to receive stipend.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please read the following requirements and expectations carefully before submitting:

FIT, Resident, Medical Student, and physicians are eligible to participate. No pharma or MSL posters permitted.

The poster may have been displayed at a prior regional or national meeting.

All posters will be judged in advance; the planning committee will select the top submissions to be presented at the Annual Meeting in Hershey in June.
